DARREN PRATT- Managing Director

Darren Pratt has over 20 years experience in the lending, finance and property industries. In the late 90’s Darren was responsible for establishing the mortgage broking arm for one of Australia’s largest Credit Unions. Since then he has held numerous senior management positions within the property and finance industry. His biggest achievement to date, was that of National Finance Manager for a major property group. In the three years that Darren held that position, the property group’s finance business tripled and so did the company’s net profit. Darren has a strong background in financial statements, including preparing and administering budgets, adopting, collation and implementing strategic and financial plans, staffing, recruitment, marketing, policies and procedures, training and website development. He has a strong passion and understanding of finance, property and business and established FPB Global on the insistence of his existing clients, to share his secrets. Darren is currently the President of Heartkids Queensland Incorporated and is a Board Member of Heartkids Australia.

CORNELIU BODNAR - Director of Business Development

Corneliu Bodnar has an extensive background in both the commercial and community sectors. Over the past 5 years he has facilitated several indigenous training programs which established young Aboriginals into viable and sustainable trades.In this time he has also run several successful businesses which culminated in the establishment of FPB Global. His visionary approach to business enables him to identify areas of opportunity and develop relevant solutions for successful outcomes.
