When it comes to finance, we assist clients with residential, commercial & private funding. In the area of property, we specialise in researching and constructing good quality residential & commercial opportunities, in both Australia and New Zealand. Darren Pratt           Managing Director        

FPB Global's Managing Director Darren Pratt, has over 25 years experience in the finance, property and business sectors, having held several senior management positions. In the late 90's, Darren was responsible for establishing the mortgage broking arm for one of Australia's largest Credit Unions. In the first 12 months the division's lending volumes grew from zero, to make up close to 30 % of the total lending volume of the organisation. Between 2001 & 2004 he was responsible for rebuilding the national finance arm of a major property investment group. In this role he was responsible for the integration of 15 National Mortgage Brokers into a National Real Estate Sales Network comprising over 100 sales staff. During his 3 year tenure, the business tripled its net profit and business lending volumes grew by over 400 %. Between 2004 and November 2006, prior to forming FPB Global, he expanded his horizons by undertaking various positions in property , financial strategy and capital raising. He has a strong background in financial statements, the preparation and administering of budgets, policies and procedures, corporate structures, strategic planning, business analysis, facilitation, negotiation, property research, risk analysis, project management, institutional and private funding. Darren is a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services Finance/Mortgage Broking, however no longer practices as a mortgage broker. He is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. His involvement with property extends for over 20 years, having purchased his first property in 1990. He is a firm believer in contributing to the the community. Since 2006 he has helped various organizations to grow and deliver additional services to their membership base, through personal donations, sponsorship and serving as a voluntary board member.
